12/24 - Day 5, the last day of the trip
It's a fine day when we were leaving the resort. One of the coaches said that we were very lucky to have experienced the bad weather. I appreciate his optimism and also agree with him that this trip is an unforgettable one.

There is a photo finishing machine in the hotel but we couldn't print any because the Memory Stick we have can not be read. Michael put the Memory Stick into a wrong slot when trying to use the machine and it just stuck in there. We had to ask for help from the front desk. How embarrassing!

We stopped for taking photo on the way to airport. In the far back is the Mt. Yotei.

All the group members.

Daily ski status bulletin (the depth of snow was 150 cm, 50 cm more then previous day)

The trip was not ended peacefully. Michael's luggage was taken away by a malicious taxi driver. Both Michael and I did not remember the license number of the taxi and surveillance video did not capture it neither, so it's almost impossible to get the luggage back. It's really unfortunately to have encountered this sort of thing but at least we learned a lesson: always memorize the license number of the taxi you take.
