Few days ago, I received a pen and a screw-based mechanical pencil as my 5-Year Service Award. To be frank, when I joined the company five years ago, on August 7, 2000, I did not expect myself to stay up so long to accept this award. Yet when I got an e-mail asking me to choose one present out of two choices few month ago, I was astonished by how fast these past five years have gone by - it seems to me like a blink of eyes. What I really wanted to ask the division head who presented this award to me is "what? has it been five years?"
