Missing Anthony

I come across this flyer attached on an electric pole. In fact, the flyer can be seen all over our neighborhood. The big words on the left appear to say that someone is looking for a missing person, but on the bottom, it says "Today, January 1, is his birthday. If you saw him, please tell him Happy Birthday. This is the only birthday present I could give him. Thanks." It is addressed to dear Anthony from Mavis, who seems to be the creator of this flyer.
