My collection of music albums can be categorized into three different types: original movie soundtracks, greatest hits and Simply Red. Among the greatest hits, the one and only Japanese album I have ever had is by Chage & Aska, an Asian special version that is only permitted to be sold outside of Japan. I have to admit that I hardly understand the lyrics and have never tried to do so. I guess this is how music transcends language boundaries. The first song in the album, On Your Mark, came with a famous music video produced by Miyazaki Hayao: a friend reminded me this wonderful video the other day, while we were sharing music over Google Talk.
