I recently learned a stunning truth about international package shipment: With half of the shipping price, USPS beat DHL with two days to six days. Their shipping destinations might not be exactly the same, but should be close enough. It's possible that the problem with DHL come from the fact that they encountered a situation in which consignee premises were closed -- and it's two days in a row. I just wonder whether DHL had ever made a phone call to the consignee.
