Sunday is the asado day in Argentina, where meat is cheaper than vegetable. Dr. Garlan and the MSE program held an asado Sunnday at Dr. Garlan's place. Our asador (the cooker) was of course our Argentine classmate Roni, who fulfilled his promise of giving us a taste of asado.

I love asado, love the beef in Argentina served at fair price, with a sweet oozing pink juice, chewy, great variety, everything one can dream of in this cool weather. Hope you can make it to Argentina some day. You'll have so much meat that you will not want meat for 3 months.

Interestingly, a classmate from Switzerland talked about visiting Argentina after he learnt the fact that Argentina serves great mean at fair price. He is such a meat lover;it will be like fish in the water for him.
