The tasty and almost magical fish
couscous in
The Secret of the Grain motivated me to look for a restaurant serving couscous dishes. Google did not show me too many promising results, which taught me nonetheless that there was a famous restaurant called
Bistro le Casanova that served traditional Moroccan food, including couscous dishes. Regrettably, the restaurant had since closed, leaving behind blog posts that praised its short but glory existence.
Digging deeper, I stumbled upon a restaurant called
River Side Restaurant hidden at
Taipei National University of the Arts. It's a restaurant serving both Chinese and Moroccan food. Better still, its location is quite accessible by bike. With a two-hour ride, I can be there tasting the magical couscous.
