The nearest book of mine has the following sentence in the bottom of page 147.

YOU ARE NOW AT THE MID-POINT OF THE BOOK, AND YOU SHOULD PLAN TO DEVOTE SOME ADDITIONAL TIME TO A REVIEW OF THOSE WORDS THAT YOU MISSED DURING THE PAST TWENTY-THREE WEEKS.

Yes, it seems that I had just passed the mid-point of the book, which, in the pass few weeks, gave me a solid learning of new words. The humorous tone of the book's author is one of the most important features that make it a great self-learning book. I can not get tired of a book with so much fun. Aside from new words, there are also new facts I could learn. What's the first and last word in a mid-sized dictionary? They are aardvark and zymurgy respectively. This is actually mentioned in the book.
