It has been made known to me that Internet Archive provides free storage for open source video. What a great service! I am able to upload some video clips taken during my ski trip to Niseko last December. The video is licensed under Creative Commons license: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike, the same license also applies to this blog.
The primary goal of the Internet Archive foundation is to build a digital library of mankind, which means video is only one of the digital formats the foundation are interested in. The technical challenge behind it's purpose must be enormous.
