My last day-off was about one month ago. I almost forget how it feels like to stay at home while other people still have to work in regular office hours. It is relaxing. I recalled the answer this morning, because I decided to took a half-day leave. It is not an very effective way to spend all my remaining 244 hours leave though. A colleague of mine, who was my deputy during my leave, suggested me that I should plan a long trip to somewhere exotic and then I will be able to tell anecdotes to my grand children. Be a grandfather who is good at telling stories? This is something really beyond my imagination.
My half-day leave was not an impulsive act. It was carefully planned. An optimal solution provided by "ars" for shopping a LCD monitor. Working in Panchiao office, "ars" was going to Nei Hu for a meeting in the afternoon, so it was convenient that I waited in my home for him to pick me up. We spent about 2 hours surveying outlets around Guang Hua Market. The outcome is satisfying; I have a new work station with Mozo D72.
