Jeff (as in the photo) gave us an interesting presentation last Thursday. The topic was about one recently completed project between the company and two other equipment vendors. In the preamble, while waiting everybody to get seated, Jeff showed a series of slides of a famous Taiwanese model (as shown on the screen in the photo.)
Jeff also shared with us an anecdote happened during the project. One of the participating consultants from one of the vendors burned the midnight oil in order to solve a tough problem. On the other hand, the other vendor's consultants returned with satisfaction after their lunch. Seeing this, the lack-of-sleep consultant engaged with his counterpart in a bitter quarrel, which almost led to physical actions. Fortunately, Jeff amused, a female consultant mediated the confrontation that seemed imminent. Apparently, Jeff was very grateful to have female consultants participating the project.
