One speciality at Kinmen's restaurants is stir-fried instant noodles. It has been one of the favorite dishes of the soldiers stationed at the island, and has become an attraction to the tourists.

After Evania and I tasted the dish for lunch during our cycling trip at Kinmen, we immediately formed the idea of making it by ourselves. When I came home last night, Evania had prepared it for our dinner with great success.
